| Duties: | Special emphasis on teaching and clinical scholarship related to the care of adults/ children and older adults, although other specialties will also be considered. Responsibilities include curriculum refinement and evaluation; leadership in teaching at the Undergraduate and/or Graduate levels, in particular Undergraduate on-campus clinical simulation and off-campus clinical instruction in more than one clinical area; and, a defined area of clinical scholarship.

| Education / Job Requirements: | Qualifications include doctoral degree in Nursing with sub-specialty in Critical Care, Pediatrics and or Community who is UAE certified or eligible for UAE professional nurse licensure. Preference will be given to westernized (USA, Canada and Australia) graduate with a maximum age of 55. Candidate must able to show willingness to foster and support faculty growth and development in all areas and lead efforts to develop additional programs, particularly at the master level. Candidate must also have documented history of nursing program accreditation and budgeting; familiarity with the role of technology and information literacy in nursing education. Active involvement in nursing and related professional organizations. Must be able to support and promote the mission of the College.
• A minimum of 2 years' post doctoral administrative experience. • At least 3 years of post doctoral clinical critical care, Pediatrics and or Community practice. • At least 5 years of post doctoral teaching experiences in academic settings.
