Responsibilities include teaching at the Undergraduate and/or Graduate levels, in particular Undergraduate on-campus clinical simulation and off-campus clinical instruction in more than one clinical area; and, a defined area of clinical scholarship. Additional responsibilities involve in-patient and out-patient care.

Qualifications include doctoral degree in Nursing with sub-specialty in Pediatrics, Critical Care and or Community Nursing. A UAE Registered Nurse licensure or eligibility is required.

The successful candidate is expected to have a commitment to classroom and clinical teaching, at both the Undergraduate and Graduate levels.
Preference will be given to westernized (USA, Canada and Australia) graduate. Candidate must possess teaching abilities, demonstrated experience in innovative teaching modalities such as problem-based learning and team- based learning, and a record of sustained research with external funding. Active involvement in nursing and related professional organizations.  Must be able to support and promote the mission of the College.

• At least 2 years post doctoral clinical experience in Pediatrics/ Critical Care and or Community nursing.
• At least 3 years of post doctoral teaching experiences in academic settings.
